Automatic SMS policies

AI handling is configured. A current enabled policy is required. First-message attendant policies may classify new pending inquiries; public-question and booking-only policies still require explicit staff handoff and a later eligible incoming. Private routing and changes to existing appointments remain separate.

This saved scope stays fixed. A different scope needs a separate reviewed policy.

New appointments require an exact branch with approved SMS services, prices and stylists. Existing appointment cancellation requires a separate owner approval and the customer's current permission to manage that appointment. When one eligible future appointment is available, the assistant sends a cancellation review first. A later YES confirms it. Shared or unclear appointments need the team; nothing changes before confirmation. Rescheduling, barber changes and instruction edits remain with staff. Private history is not included.

Automatic intake requires the reviewed business default and every active branch override. Private concerns, employment and business messages stay restricted to eligible configured recipients.

Three current time choices are offered; the original appointment changes only after a later YES. Changed services, barber, branch or price need staff. Choosing public questions never grants appointment booking. New bookings require a separate current branch approval and an exact customer YES; existing bookings and private history remain separate.
