Message routing

Turn routing off before changing recipients. Unavailable saved recipients fall back to the business owner in this disabled revision.

Routing approval controls classification and the reviewed recipients for eligible new inquiries. Automatic replies also require a separate current AI policy. Saving a routing revision requires affected first-message AI policies to be reviewed again; existing private conversations keep their privacy settings.
