Master admins manage business settings and team access across all branches. Branch admins manage appointments, clients and reception messages in their granted branches; business settings and team access remain with master admins.
Reception manages bookings and the permitted branch inbox. Stylists see their assigned schedule and customer instructions, and record their own work.
Give each branch its own access grant. A person can have different roles at different branches. Link stylist access to the correct team member; granting a role does not grant access to other branches.
Waiting for a new person? They must first be admitted to Google sign-in and sign in once. Only a verified observed identity can be approved here.
